Caleb Avraham is a licensed trial attorney in both Georgia and Florida, but lives and practices in the Atlanta Metro Area. His practice focuses on Personal Injury, Workers' Compensation, and Criminal Defense. Caleb has tried over 40 cases before a jury and countless motions before a judge. Caleb’s trial experience means that he will never settle your case without obtaining the best possible outcome.
Caleb has over 10 years of experience fighting for the health, safety, and rights of the most vulnerable of our society. Before becoming a lawyer, Caleb practiced as a social worker on Chicago’s south side and in southeast Washington DC for five years. He then attended Emory University School of Law where he was admitted to the Order of Emory Advocates, awarded to those who exhibited excellence in trial advocacy. Caleb moved to South Florida where he spent the next several years at the Office of the Public Defender for the 15th Judicial Circuit. There he handled hundreds of criminal cases ranging from simple Misdemeanors to Felony Murder. After realizing his true home was right here in Georgia, Caleb moved back to Atlanta with his wife and two beautiful children, Layla and Elyas.
Caleb is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Florida Bar Association, the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Gate City Bar Association, the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association. Caleb has won several awards including the Best Advocate Award at the Florida Defender Training College.
